<p>Setelah sebelumnya sukses merangkul para blogger dalam acara peluncuran All New Corolla Altis, PT. <a href="http://www.toyota.co.id/" target="_blank">Toyota Astra Motor</a> (TAM) kini makin serius menerapkan <em>online marketing</em>. Langkah terbaru anak perusahaan Astra Group tersebut adalah membuat lomba menulis di blog. TAM mengajak semua blogger untuk menuliskan pengalaman berlibur mereka sekeluarga bersama Kijang.</p>
<p>Saya mencatat ada peningkatan langkah strategis TAM di dunia maya dalam memanfaatkan era Web 2.0 marketing.</p>
<p><strong>Pertama, dari endorser ke publik.</strong></p>
<p>Jika sebelumnya di acara All New Corolla Altis hanya mengundang sejumlah kecil seleb blog sebagai <em>endorser</em> untuk menimbulkan efek viral, kini TAM memperluas upayanya dengan mengajak semua blogger di Indonesia, yang konon jumlahnya sekitar 250 ribuan. Sayang, profil demografis blogger Indonesia belum tersedia, sehingga mempersulit pemetaan apakah mereka pemilik atau pengguna Kijang. Tapi, paling tidak, semangat dari langkah TAM ini adalah memperluas pasar, dari <em>endorser </em>ke <em>user</em>.</p>
<p><strong>Kedua, dari peluncuran ke pengalaman.</strong></p>
<p>Pada saat acara All New Corolla Altis, TAM menggunakan blogger sebagai pelengkap media cetak. Biasanya, setiap ada acara peluncuran mobil baru, TAM melakukan banyak upaya marketing dan PR-ing (<em>public relations</em>), termasuk mengundang media agar meliput acara peluncurannya. Nah, pada saat peluncuran All New Corolla Altis, TAM mengundang blogger berpengaruh agar menimbulkan gema di dunia maya.</p>
<p>Kini TAM lebih berani. Mereka langsung mengundang konsumen, para pemilik atau pemakai mobil Kijang, untuk menceriterakan pengalaman mereka, terserah, apakah mereka akan menceritakan pengalaman berlibur sekeluarga bersama Toyota Kijang Innova, atau mobil Kijang yang lama.</p>
<p>Akan sangat menarik mendengarkan pengalaman langsung end-user seperti ini melalui blog, mengingat setiap blogger memiliki gaya bahasa masing-masing.</p>
<p>Jika upaya ini berhasil, TAM bukan hanya mendapat user insight tetapi juga sekaligus mengkampanyekan kembali Kijang sebagai mobil keluarga.</p>
<p><strong>Ketiga, dari blog ke agregator.</strong></p>
<p>Pada saat peluncuran All New Corolla Altis, sekitar 15 blogger dipersilahkan untuk memposting di blog masing-masing, dan dibiarkan begitu saja. Kini, TAM mempersiapkan blog agregator di situs <a href="http://toyota-ownerclub.com/blog-kijang/" target="_blank">Toyota Owner Club</a>.</p>
<p>Upaya ini sekaligus akan berefek pada kampanye situs <a href="http://toyota-ownerclub.com/" target="_blank">Toyota Owner Club</a>.</p>
<p>Strategi dan eksekusi yang digarap tim <a href="http://www.virtual.co.id/">Virtual Consulting</a> ini memberi kesempatan TAM untuk sekali mendayung dua tiga pulau terlampaui. Bukan hanya citra Kijang sebagai mobil keluarga yang bakal terbangun di dunia maya melalui kompetisi ini, langkah ini juga sekaligus mempererat hubungan antara TAM dengan para blogger, membentuk jaringan dengan mereka melalui marketing Web 2.0, kemudian mendapatkan <em>user insight</em>, sekaligus mengkampanyekan situs yang dipersembahkan untuk para pemilik mobil Toyota.</p>
<p>Tidak mengherankan jika dalam hal hadiah, TAM terlihat amat royal. <p><!-- google_ad_section_start -->Jakarta (ANTARA News) &#8211; Pada masa berjalan &#8211;manakala harga komputer, <em>gadget </em>dan tarif telepon semakin murah, semakin kaya fitur&#8211; puluhan juta orang Indonesia mungkin lebih akrab dengan Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Flickr, hi5, YouTube, Friendster, Flixter, Yahoo Messenger, mikroblog dan jejaring sosial virtual lain yang pasti bertambah canggih, ketimbang media-media tradisional.</p>
<p>Sementara, dulu, media-media global seperti CNN, BBC, New York Times, Washington Post, Guardian, Wall Street Journal dan banyak lagi, harus berpayah-payah dulu mengirim wartawan untuk meliput banyak peristiwa eksklusif di semua sudut kolong jagat.</p>
<p>Mereka pernah tidak bisa memasuki Korea Utara yang <em>kuper </em>atau Tibet yang saat itu diisolasi China, sehingga tidak bisa mewartakan apa yang terjadi di sana.</p>
<p>Tetapi, dari Teror Mumbai, India, 26 November 2008, media global memperoleh pelajaran berharga bahwa eksklusivitas dan kedalaman liputan tidak harus dicapai dengan bersegera mengirim kru ke lapangan atau memaksa para koresponden yang kebetulan tidak di tempat kejadian untuk bergegas ke situs peristiwa.</p>
<p>Mereka kini memanfaatkan betul fenomena di mana warga biasa, mampu mengerjakan fungsi-fungsi jurnalistik seperti melaporkan, mengumpulkan, menata, bahkan memverifikasi informasi dan berita baik teks, audio, video, sampai info grafis, di manapun dan kapanpun.</p>
<p>Profesor Jurnalistik dari Universitas Columbia yang juga reporter iptek dan pendiri <em>South Asian Journalists Associaton</em>, Sreenath Sreenivasan, menyebut Teror Mumbai menjadi tonggak bagi evolusi jurnalisme, khususnya jurnalisme warga (<em>citizen journalism</em>).</p>
<p>Organisasi berita tradisional memang akan tetap hidup, namun paradigma dan caranya telah berubah.</p>
<p><em>NYTimes.com</em> misalnya, menawari para saksi Teror Mumbai untuk memublikasikan kesaksian langsung mereka melalui lamannya, tatkala desingan peluru dan lemparan granat teroris mengincar nyawa mereka.</p>
<p>The Guardian, CNN dan situs-situs berita lainnya, bahkan tinggal menadahkan tangan menanti hujan informasi-informasi eksklusif dari <em>Twitter, Flickr</em>, dan jejaring sosial virtual lain, untuk kemudian mereka sunting, rapikan, organisasikan dan publikasikan.</p>
<p>Tanpa mengirim reporter, media massa global memperoleh cerita dan gambar secepat peristiwa teror terjadi, bahkan bisa sedalam investigasi jurnalistik, seekslusif keinginan stasiun-stasiun berita, seaktual dan sefaktual kesaksian langsung para saksi peristiwa.</p>
<p>&#8220;Aku percaya, pada masa depan, fungsi terpenting lembaga-lembaga pemberitaan adalah mengorganisasikan berita-berita (dari warga),&#8221; kata Jeff Jarvis, pakar internet dan profesor jurnalisme dari City University of New York seperti dikutip the Guardian (1/12).</p>
<p>Jejaring sosial virtual diantaranya <em>Facebook</em> dan mikroblog seperti <em>Twitter</em>, telah memperluas jangkauan layanan berita lembaga-lembaga pemberitaan ke dalam masyarakat global sehingga media tidak lagi hanya sebagai agen informasi, jendela bisnis dan penarik iklan, tetapi juga pintu ke dunia maya (<em>cyberdoor</em>).</p>
<p>Untuk laman <em>CNN.com</em> misalnya, <em>cyberdoor</em> ini berfungsi ganda, menjadi pintu masuk bagi profil, pesan pribadi dan daftar kawan pemilik blog ke dalam CNN Forum, dan menjadi pintu keluar untuk berita-berita, video dan blog favorit dalam <em>CNN.com</em> untuk disebarkan lagi dalam <em>Facebook</em> mereka.</p>
<p>Akibatnya, menurut Arielle Emmett dalam American Journalism Review (AJR) edisi Desember/Januari 2009, portal CNN menjadi semakin kaya sekaligus bertambah sibuk lalulintas aksesnya berkat komunitas-komunitas dalam <em>Facebook</em>. &#8220;Kini, <em>page view</em> CNN setiap bulannya mencapai 1,87 miliar.&#8221;</p>
<p>Sementara, laman jaringan televisi PBS (<em>Public Broadcasting Service</em>), pada Oktober 2008, telah menarik pengunjung laman sebanyak 877 ribu per hari, ditambah 20 juta pengunjung temporer (unik).</p>
<p>Twitter</p>
<p>Tiga, empat tahun lalu, orang hanya bisa <em>chating</em> melalui komputer, namun kini anak-anak muda anteng <em>chating</em> melalui telepon seluler dan <em>gadget</em> lainnya, tidak hanya di ruangan, namun juga dalam angkot, kereta api, bis kota, <em>busway</em>, ruang tunggu bandara, <em>cafe</em>, mal dan banyak lagi. Pokoknya, mereka bisa bercengkerama di mana saja, kapan saja, dengan siapa saja.</p>
<p>Sembari senyum sendiri, jemari tak henti menekan tuts, berkomunikasi dengan karib dan komunitas virtual mereka sambil melintasi tabir waktu, bangsa, keyakinan, dan geografi.</p>
<p>Mereka berbicara soal asmara, mode, gaya hidup, teroris, UU pornografi, gosip artis, kontrak bisnis, Liga Inggris, hingga konser The Changcuter, Obama dan Paris Hilton.</p>
<p>Sementara di AS, badan antariksa nasional AS (NASA) menggunakan <em>Twitter</em> dari wahana angkasa luar Phoenix, untuk berkomunikasi dari Planet Mars yang &#8220;diinvestigasi&#8221; Phoenix, dengan manusia di Bumi yang tentu saja sama-sama pengguna <em>Twitter</em>.</p>
<p>Di dimensi lain, politisi-politisi muda, cerdas dan energik seperti Barack Obama dan Hillary Clinton memanfaatkan <em>Twitter</em> untuk menyelaraskan diri dengan kekinian, meraba masa depan dan menjaring pemilih baru yang jumlahnya berlimpah tapi lebih suka menyambangi dunia gemerlap ketimbang dunia politik yang gelap.</p>
<p>Kolumnis Lee Thornton, dalam AJR edisi Desember/Januari 2009, menyebut, Obama sukses mengeksploitasi <em>new media</em> (internet) sehingga ia meraih kemenangan besar dengan merebut duapertiga suara pemilih muda yang turut pemilu 4 November 2008.</p>
<p>&#8220;Tim Obama memahami bahwa keberhasilan kampanye mereka amat tergantung pada teknologi, laman-laman jejaring sosial, wahana-wahana telekomunikasi layar sentuh modern yang mereka rajut, dan <em>BFF</em> Google (<em>best friend forever</em> Google, para peselancar internet fanatik),&#8221; kata Lee.</p>
<p>Apa yang terjadi pada sistem politik kontemporer AS adalah pertautan yang sempurna antara teknologi dengan sebuah generasi yang berkeinginan mencari simpul antara sebab dan akibat tanpa didikte kekuatan-kekuatan di luar dirinya.</p>
<p>Obama mengerti ini semua, demikian pula banyak politisi muda di seluruh dunia. Mereka memahami kawula muda kini mengerti bahwa dunia telah berubah menjadi amat terbuka, eksploratif, namun sangat privat.</p>
<p>Mereka bisa seberpengaruh para analis, pengamat dan kolumnis beken, bahkan lebih merdeka mengutarakan opini ketimbang editor dan produser yang bekerja untuk perusahaan-perusahaan media yang dimiliki seseorang dan acap menuntut kooptasi pada kepentingan pengendali perusahaan.</p>
<p>Mereka juga tak bisa ditarik oleh jargon-jargon politik yang klise dan tidak kreatif dari para politisi usang.</p>
<p>Saking pentingnya mereka, mengutip Washington Post (12/9/2007), Presiden George W. Bush pun lebih memilih mengundang para blogger daripada pemimpin redaksi, seolah hendak mengatakan bloger itu sepenting media pemberitaan.</p>
<p>Dan khusus mengenai <em>Twitter</em> yang dianggap jejaring sosial termutakhir dan bakal mengubah paradigma media, kolumnis AJR, Arielle Emmett, menyebut <em>tool</em> dan fasilitas pengirim pesan mobil di dalamnya, telah membuat anggota-anggota komunitasnya -termasuk para kolumnis dan produser&#8211; bisa berbalas kirim teks untuk bertukar pertanyaan, berbagi komentar dan informasi terkini, hanya dengan 140 karakter, bak layanan pesan singkat sms dan <em>chating</em>.</p>
<p>Usia <em>Twitter,</em> memang masih sangat muda yaitu baru dua tahun, namun jejaring sosial fenomenal ini sudah dilanggani sejuta orang yang umumnya makmur dan selalu menggali maksimal layanan komunikasi virtual dalam perangkat komunikasi mobil apapun yang dimilikinya.</p>
<p>Para pelanggan bebas keluar masuk laman <em>Twitter </em>tanpa dipungut bayaran, untuk bertukar pesan melalui komputer dan perangkat mobil yang tersedia.</p>
<p>Debut fenomenal <em>Twitter</em> adalah saat gempa bumi Sichuan, China, pada Mei 2008 manakala informasi, audio dan gambar pertama datang melalui <em>Twitter.</em> Namun, yang paling sensasional adalah ketika invasi 60 jam para teroris di Mumbai pekan lalu.</p>
<p>Para jurnalis, termasuk penulis politik <em>washingtonpost.com</em> Chris Cilliza, komentator politik <em>NYTimes.com</em> Kate Phillips dan kritikus musik <em>The Times</em> Jon Pareles, menjadi pelanggan setia <em>Twitter</em> dan rutin menyapa fans <em>Twitter </em>lewat mikroblog mereka.</p>
<p>&#8220;Tidak seperti<em> Facebook, Twitter </em>berpotensi mengubah dunia (karena sangat mudah diakses). Anda tidak perlu menjadi teman dan kontak saya. Jika anda di Twitter, kita semua terkoneksi,&#8221; kata pengarang <em>Bringing Nothing To The Party; True Confessions of a New Media</em>, Paul Carr (The Guardian, 3/12).</p>
<p>Dari Teror Mumbai, keunggulan <em>Twitter</em> seperti disebut Paul itu terekspos hingga memaksa dunia mengakui bahwa jurnalisme, cara manusia bermasyarakat dan sistem koneksi sosial memang telah berubah drastis. (*)<!-- google_ad_section_end --></p>

Aplikasi Web 2.0 memiliki sifat yang berbeda dengan aplikasi pada platform “lama” seperti Windows. Suatu aplikasi Windows biasanya dirilis setiap dua atau tiga tahun sekali, misalnya saja Microsoft Office yang memiliki versi 97, 2000, XP, dan 2003. Di lain pihak, aplikasi Web 2.0 selalu di-update terus-menerus karena sifatnya yang bukan lagi produk melainkan layanan. Google misalnya, selalu di-update data dan programnya tanpa perlu menunggu waktu-waktu tertentu.</li>
<li><strong>Lightweight Programming Models</strong><br />
Aplikasi Web 2.0 menggunakan teknik-teknik pemrograman yang “ringan” seperti AJAX dan RSS. Ini memudahkan orang lain untuk memakai ulang layanan suatu aplikasi Web 2.0 guna membentuk layanan baru. Contohnya adalah <a href="http://maps.google.com/">Google Maps</a> yang dengan mudah dapat digunakan orang lain untuk membentuk layanan baru. Sebagai hasilnya muncullah layanan-layanan seperti <a href="http://www.housingmaps.com/">HousingMaps</a> yang menggabungkan layanan Google Maps dengan <a href="http://www.craigslist.org/">Craigslist</a>. Layanan seperti ini, yang menggabungkan layanan dari aplikasi-aplikasi lainnya, dikenal dengan istilah <em>mashup</em>.</li>
<li><strong>Software Above the Level of a Single Device</strong><br />
Aplikasi Web 2.0 bisa berjalan secara terintegrasi melalui berbagai <em>device</em>. Contohnya adalah <a onclick="return mugicPopWin(this,event);" oncontextmenu="mugicRightClick(this);" href="http://www.apple.com/itunes/">iTunes</a> dari Apple yang berjalan secara terintegrasi mulai dari server Internet (dalam bentuk toko musik online), ke komputer pengguna (dalam bentuk program iTunes), sampai ke <em>mobile device</em> (dalam bentuk iPod). Di masa depan diperkirakan akan makin banyak aplikasi-aplikasi yang memiliki sifat ini, misalnya saja demo Bill Gates di CES 2006 menunjukkan integrasi antar <em>device </em>yang luar biasa (lihat post <a href="http://www.gayahidupdigital.com/2006/01/20/consumer-electronic-show-2006/">Consumer Electronic Show 2006</a>).</li>
<li><strong>Rich User Experiences</strong><br />
Aplikasi Web 2.0 memiliki <em>user interface </em>yang kaya meskipun berjalan di dalam browser. Teknologi seperti AJAX memungkinkan aplikasi Internet memiliki waktu respons yang cepat dan <em>user interface </em>yang intuitif mirip seperti aplikasi Windows yang di-install di komputer kita.  Contohnya adalah <a href="http://gmail.google.com/">Gmail</a>, aplikasi email dari Google yang memiliki <em>user interface </em>revolusioner. Contoh lainnya lagi adalah Google Maps yang meskipun berjalan dalam browser namun bisa memberikan respons yang cepat saat pengguna menjelajahi peta.</li>
</ol>
<p>Apakah suatu aplikasi harus memiliki ketujuh ciri-ciri ini untuk bisa disebut “Web 2.0″ ? Jawabannya adalah tidak. Namun semakin banyak ciri-ciri yang dimiliki berarti aplikasi itu semakin “Web 2.0″ ! Dan satu hal lagi, meskipun contoh-contoh yang diberikan di atas banyak berasal dari keluarga Google, tapi sebenarnya masih banyak aplikasi Web 2.0 yang lain. Di kesempatan lainnya kita akan melihat contoh aplikasi-aplikasi Web 2.0 yang sedang berkembang saat ini.</p>

<p>Belakangan ini ada satu istilah yang sedang naik daun, yaitu Web 2.0. Istilah ini dipakai untuk menggambarkan aplikasi-aplikasi Internet generasi baru yang merevolusi cara kita menggunakan Internet. Semua aplikasi ini membawa kita masuk ke babak baru penggunaan Internet yang berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya pada pertengahan tahun 1990-an.</p>
<p>Dan jangan heran, belakangan ini banyak aplikasi Internet yang melabeli dirinya dengan “Web 2.0″. Agar tidak terkecoh, pertama-tama tentu kita harus mengerti dulu apa yang dimaksud dengan Web 2.0.</p>
<p>Nah, untuk ini ada satu artikel yang sangat bagus yaitu <a href="http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/a/oreilly/tim/news/2005/09/30/what-is-web-20.html">What is Web 2.0</a> karangan Tim O’Reilly. Kebetulan juga Tim O’Reilly adalah salah satu pencetus istilah Web 2.0. Jadi dari artikel iini kita bisa mendapatkan informasi langsung dari tangan pertama !</p>

<li><strong>The Web as Platform</strong><br />
Aplikasi Web 2.0 menggunakan Web (atau Internet) sebagai platformnya. Apa sih yang dimaksud dengan platform ? Platform di sini adalah tempat suatu aplikasi dijalankan. Contoh platform yang terkenal adalah Windows, di mana ada aplikasi-aplikasi seperti Microsoft Office dan Adobe Photoshop. Menggunakan Internet sebagai platform berarti aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut dijalankan langsung di atas Internet dan bukan di atas satu sistem operasi tertentu. Contohnya adalah <a href="http://www.google.com/">Google</a> yang bisa diakses dari sistem operasi mana pun. Contoh lainnya adalah <a href="http://www.flickr.com/">Flickr</a> yang juga bisa diakses dari sistem operasi mana pun.<br />
Kelebihannya jelas, aplikasi-aplikasi Web 2.0 ini tidak lagi dibatasi sistem operasi seperti pada Windows. Dan kita bahkan tidak perlu menginstall apapun untuk menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi ini !</li>
<li><strong>Harnessing Collective Intelligence</strong><br />
Aplikasi Web 2.0 memiliki sifat yang unik, yaitu memanfaatkan kepandaian dari banyak orang secara kolektif. Akibatnya kita bisa menemukan “permata-permata” di Web gabungan hasil browsing dari ribuan orang. Blogosphere juga merupakan contoh kepandaian kolektif karena setiap orang bisa menulis blog-nya sendiri-sendiri lalu saling link satu sama lain untuk membentuk jaringan pengetahuan, mirip seperti sel-sel otak yang saling terkait satu sama lain di dalam otak kita.</li>

Kekuatan aplikasi Web 2.0 terletak pada data. Aplikasi-aplikasi Internet yang berhasil selalu didukung oleh basis data yang kuat dan unik. Contohnya adalah Google, yang kekuatannya terletak pada pengumpulan dan manajemen data halaman-halaman Web di Internet. Contoh lainnya lagi adalah <a onclick="return mugicPopWin(this,event);" oncontextmenu="mugicRightClick(this);" href="http://www.amazon.com/">Amazon</a> yang memiliki data buku yang bukan hanya lengkap, tapi juga sangat kaya dengan hal-hal seperti review, rating pengguna, link ke buku-buku lain, dan sebagainya. Pada generasi sebelumnya yaitu web 1.0 memiliki ciri-ciri umum yang mencolok yaitu <em>consult, surf </em>dan <em>search</em>. Jadi pada jaman web 1.0 kita kebanyakan hanya sekedar mencari atau browsing untuk mendapatkan informasi tertentu.</span></p>

Di era Web 2.0 sekarang, penggunaan web untuk berbagi, pertemanan, kolaborasi menjadi sesuatu yang penting. Web 2.0 hadir seiring maraknya pengguna blog, Friendster, Myspace, Youtube dan Fickr. Jadi disini kehidupan sosial di dunia maya benar-benar terasa.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:&quot;">Era Web 2.0 tidak membutuhkan orang jenius yang hanya berkutat sendiri di ruang tertutup atau laboratorium untuk membuat teknologi baru yang dipatenkan agar membuat dirinya menjadi terkenal. Tapi era ini lebih membutuhkan orang untuk saling berbagi ilmu, pengalaman atau lainnya sehingga terbentuk komunitas online besar yang menghapuskan sifat-sifat individu.</span></p>

Web mulai mengerti kebutuhan kita dengan bisa memberi saran atau nasehat kita, menyediakan apa yang kita butuhkan. Dengan menggunakan teknologi 3D animasi, kita bisa membuat profil avatar yang sesuai dengan karakter, kemudian melakukan aktivitas di dunia maya seperti layaknya di dunia nyata. Kita bisa berjalan-jalan, pergi ke mall, bercakap-cakap dengan teman yang lain. Ya, Web 3.0 adalah dunia virtual kita.</span></p>

Dunia web dan telco berkembang pesat seiring dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penggunaan perangkat TI dan telekomunikasi nantinya sudah seperti sama saja tidak ada bedanya. Saat ini saja pertanda seperti itu sudah mulai bisa kita rasakan walaupun masih belum sempurna. Kita bisa menonton tivi di ponsel atau komputer, bisa mengakses internet di ponsel, bisa melakukan SMS dan telepon dari komputer. Ya karena konvergensi terhadap berbagai perangkat seperti hukum alam yang tidak bisa dielakkan. Semua mengalami evolusi menuju dunia yang lebih maju.</span></p>

Situs yang sudah mendekati model Web 3.0 asli karya anak bangsa yang dikembangkan oleh dikembangkan oleh Li’L Online Games dengan <em>engine </em>dari Altermyth Studio. Hmm…anak Indonesia hebat-hebat kan? Banyak lagi contoh lain karya anak bangsa berkualitas tinggi yang patut menjadi kebanggaan dan tidak kalah dengan produk buatan bangsa lain. <p>Di awal 2008, project pertama dibuka dengan membuat desain &amp; printing brochure pocket Ford &#8230;sejenis brosur yang muat ke kantong&#8230;, yang sebenernya merupakan project di akhir tahun 2007, karena data-data dari kompetitor yang kurang lengkap&#8230;terpaksa di delay dulu.</p>
<p>Brosur ini berisi harga-harga sparepart produk-produk ford dibandingkan dengan kompetitornya, tujuannya sebagai guidance bagi sales maupun karyawan..karena selama ini banyak customer dari ford yang selalu menanyakan kenapa sih sparepart ford mahal ? bahkan lebih mahal dari sparepart kompetitor &#8230;..dengan adanya brosur saku ini setidaknya dapat menjadi guidance bagi para karyawan ford untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut.</p>
<p>Memang mengenai mahal atau murahnya suatu produk juga menganut teori relativitas. Dan untuk permasalahan ini, yang paling tepat adalah membuat perbandingan harga dengan kompetitor produk yang sejenis. Harga produk ini murah lho, coba liat harga  produk yang itu&#8230; , atau&#8230;.memang harga ini lebih mahal tapi masa pakainya kan lebih lama&#8230;&#8230;.kalo diitung-itung jatuhnya lebih murah&#8230;&#8230;</p>
